This oval hand carved, abstract, apple jade cabochon is mounted in 10k white gold. The carving is probably 19th century Chinese.

This Trident 14k white gold mount serves as the setting for a shaded carnelian (butterscotch to caramel) prayer stone. The stone originated in Turkey and was probably engraved in the 10th centuryAD. The stone has floral embellishments in the background.

This hand carved carnelian oval intaglio in a rich caramel color has been the subject of much debate. The two letters are very stylized and therefore open to interpretation. The bezel is 14k yellow gold and the mount is white gold.

A rider mounted on a horse that is taking a jump. The dark carnelian colored glass is carved in the shape of a horse shoe. The condition of the intaglio is very good. The etching was probably done at the end of the 19th century. The custom gold mount shows the stone off to best advantage.

This Trident mount is ideal for this large Turkish carnelian travel prayer that was, judging by the style, carved many centuries ago. The mount is made of 14k yellow gold.

A round dark brown carnelian intaglio of a roman centurion, that was probably carved during the 19th century. The ring is set in a double bezeled 14k yellow gold mount. These stones were symbols of affluence and authority since the rise of civilization in the fertile crescent and were used well into the first half of the 20th century.

Bi colored semi precious crystal agate with a hand carved ancient roman intaglio. The color of the agate goes from a pale camel color to a light denim blue. The portrait is more than likely that of a senior statesman and was probably carved around 150 ad. The bezel around the stone is 14k yellow gold and the rest of the ring is 14k white gold. Very unique and very unusual. These stones were symbols of affluence and authority since the rise of civilization and were used well into the mid the 20th century.

Swivel 14k white gold ring with a translucent green shaded crystal intaglio of Aphrodite seated with a staff in her hand. The carving is ancient probably ca. 200 AD. The ring can also be worn as a pendant by swiveling the shank into a horizontal position.
