Roman crystal slice with a scene from classical mythology. This carving is extremely detailed and rare and was probably done ca 150 AD; by a Greek artist. The color ranges from clear in the center to royal blue on the sides. Mounted in 14K white gold in a very simple and neat setting ; so as not to detract from the beauty of the carving.
